How does Corporate Travel & Events protect and use your personal data?
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept safe and confidential. Therefore, only a few employees of Corporate Travel & Events have access to your registered personal data. Personal data collected via the website, contact form, emails, conversations and social media, are treated confidentially and used exclusively to perform the agreed work for you.
Personal data that is passed on to third parties is only the personal data that is necessary for us to book your travel. Other personal data is not disclosed and we do not sell personal data to any third party.
Personal data can be stored for up to 5 years, as required by the Personal Data Act. We do not store personal data that we do not need.
You are entitled to receive information about what personal data we hold on you and to have it deleted or rectified. However, this does not apply to personal data that we must store for legal, administrative and security reasons in accordance with the Personal Data Act and Danish law, including billing information.
