Dan Aagaard
Co-owner, co-founder and project manager
I have been responsible for countless large and small events in Europe, Africa, Asia and all the Nordic countries, in both the planning and execution phases.
Through more than a decade of working around the world, I have gained an in-depth knowledge of many destinations, which I am constantly building on with trips to exciting countries in connection with our events.
I still see it as my top priority to attend our events around the world and provide a high level of service and attention to detail. All to ensure we meet the high standards we set ourselves and deliver a product that creates satisfied customers.

Jesper Ravn
Co-owner, co-founder and project manager
I've been doing corporate events for the past ten years. The world has been my workplace for even more years, working on start-ups and living in countries as diverse as Vietnam and Greenland.
I am inspired by the satisfied customer, the discussions about the destination, the setup of the courses and what the real purpose of the event is.
The best feeling is when I'm in the middle of the event, be it on a vineyard in Italy, out in the desert in Morocco or in a bullring in Spain, and I can just see that we've got it right and that the customer is all smiles and really happy. That's great!

Kennet Henriksen
Co-owner and project manager
I have always had a special passion for travelling and have explored large parts of the world.
I have been living in Switzerland for 3 years, where I got my start in the travel business and together with CTE started a travel agency specialized in TrailRun - explorer.dk.
Since 2014 I have been a permanent freelance project manager and in 2019 I joined the ownership of CTE and started as a permanent project manager.
I am passionate about creating the best environment in collaboration with the client.
For me, this includes creating an alternative meeting room in a cave in Sardinia or building a Desert Camp in Morocco that combines a professional content with a unique experience that makes an impression and leaves a mark.
Standing on top of a mountain in Slovenia with 200 customers and watching the sun rise on the horizon to the noise of silence and the smell of freshly brewed coffee is highly addictive and must be tried.

Tina Bach Thøgersen
Project Officer
I have worked in various branches of the travel and service industry for more than 20 years and have been responsible for many group trips in most parts of the world.
The arrangements have included everything from flights, hotels or other accommodation, catering, as well as excursions, parties and much more.
My passion for travel and my experience has given me a solid foundation for organising these types of trips and events, and in the process, there has always been a focus on detail and tailoring each trip and event to meet our customers' wishes and needs.
Since 2022, I have had the pleasure of being employed as a project manager at CTE, where I help create and organise exciting events/travel and events in Denmark and around the world.
Carsten Sørensen
Project Officer
Travelling, organising and creating experiences for others is a great satisfaction for me as a person. Helping to create memorable events and giving people the opportunity to experience the joy of organising seminars, conferences, etc. in unfamiliar and different settings.
I take part in many of our trips both at home and abroad. I enjoy helping to organise our trips so that our customers experience a high level of service and that we are ready to go the extra mile to make things succeed.
In addition to travelling abroad with our customers, I am responsible for our tent camps in terms of set-up and execution.
As a keen angler and hunter myself, I find great joy in nature, and I take great pleasure in passing on this joy in our tent camps.
Peter Michaelsen

The thirst for adventure led me into the travel industry, where I have worked for 14 years. I have worked with building destinations, guided hiking groups and along the way have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to live in Greenland and Vietnam, where I started a travel agency and hotel business.
I have been working with corporate events for the past 5 years, where the joy of creating the right setting in collaboration with and for the customer is the motivation. The joy of getting the customer's idea and event to work together with the physical setting.
To see the customer's expectations and the organisation of the event come together. When the customer enjoys the event, smiles, expresses joy, it's motivating and a great feeling for me.
Morten Valentin Jørgensen
Project Officer
I am a 30-year-old man. My passion is surfing, doing activities and enjoying the outdoors.
Several years ago I moved from Copenhagen to the west coast, more precisely Thy. Before joining CTE, I worked in the surf industry, where I was responsible for logistics and teaching everything from very small groups to high schools, continuation schools and larger companies.
I have been part of the permanent team at CTE for quite some time now. I enjoy taking customers out of the fixed framework and seeing the joy and community that unique experiences create between colleagues.
Camilla Jacobsen
Project Officer
Travelling and culture is one of my greatest passions. I have explored Asia, the US and several European destinations both privately and professionally, which has given me invaluable experiences.
I have a degree in the service industry and completed an internship at CTE in 2019. Subsequently, I worked as a freelance project worker before becoming a permanent employee in 2024. I also have 3.5 years of experience from the Danish Defence, where I built up skills in logistics, management and planning.
Planning trips that allow others to experience the beauty of the world is a big driver for me.
